Osiyo!
I came upon your site, by shear intention of the creator!
I am Cherokee in Southern California, and have for some time been desiring to learn from a group such as yours. I am a new drummer, and have been yearning to hear singing, such as your in Cherokee, to honor our ancestors, and preserve the language so that our young may hear it.
I thank you for putting yourselves out there for all to enjoy, learn, and love.
I hope to see you this year, and will order your music to learn from and sing to my children.

Osiyo Ladies --
You have been on my mind. I hope all is well among you. It was wonderful to sing with you in California this past summer. I pray that we will have the blessing of being together again at the Feast of the East in West Virginia in 2008. I love you all and what you inspire among women. May the Creator grant you soft paths to travel. Dohiya!!

Some beautiful music, WOW.
Thank you so much for putting clips on your web page, and letting me know how you sound. Truly AMAZING.
I often think if it hadn't been for the Slaughter/Holocaust that was unleashed by Europeans on American Native peoples, we may have a completely new form of music - your Band's music gives me hope it may still be possible.
My Heartfelt thanks for your music,
Leif.

I am even raising a new family now two girls two and 7 and a boy 18 months they are Seminole Pima Choctaw and Irish. I know I would love vfor your drum to visit and Im sure our Council would also.
You take good care of yourself and God Bless.

Being Cherokee but living in the UK this cd was a must for me. I was not disappointed.
Apart from the fact it is wonderful to hear a female drumming group, the music has all the spiritual and moving qualities you would expect. Part Cherokee, part English this was easy to follow. I found myself humming and singing along all the way through. My feet were constantly following the beat of the drum.
These ladies have captured the essence of their Native Spirit and I found the cd took me on an emotional journey with my people.
Obviously they had a lot of fun making this [especially Fry Bread] and the addition of natural bird song was just perfect, so in keeping.
I thoroughly recommend this cd to anyone and will make an effort to get the music stores over here to stock this one so more people can be given the honor of hearing these wonderful, respectful and moving tracks.
Congratulations my sisters. Look forward to the next one.
Many Blessings
